Simfuni is the end-to-end payments and policy administration platform the industry has been missing, purpose-built for life and general insurance with no credible equivalent in ANZ or the UK. The barriers to entry are real, which is exactly why early traction with Gallagher Bassett and SBS Insurance matters. Shaun Quincey and Damon O'Neill scaled Genoapay to $2.2B in payments before exiting, then spent years learning insurance from the inside, and brought in a CPO who built and sold three companies in the same industry.
