GD1 provides quarterly fund reports on each of its managed investment funds, tracking portfolio performance, material milestones and updates. We also provide investors with capital account statements, tax statements and audited annual financial statements.

Upon receiving your enquiry, a member of our Investment Team will reach out to discuss your investment objectives and provide you with the relevant information. We aim to ensure all prospective LPs have the data and support required to make an informed decision.

With an investment focus spanning from inception to Series B, GD1 backs founders from their earliest stages. We specialise in leading the pivotal Series A rounds that bridge the gap between local innovation and global market leadership. By providing high-conviction capital at this stage, we ensure our companies have the resources, networks, and 'on-the-ground' support needed to scale and win in international markets.

Investment in the fund is open to Wholesale investors (and Eligible investors). In New Zealand, venture capital investment is restricted to 'Wholesale Investors' and Eligible investors, as defined by the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Product disclosures are not required to be issued to wholesale investors, as a result investors may not receive a complete and balanced set of information.

Investment Activity: Entities or individuals who meet historical investment volume thresholds
